HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders in Canada. International orders, and expedited orders will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders ship from our warehouse in Richmond, Canada.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We offer FedEx international shipping across the globe for most products - simply enter your destination country during check out. We Paper Co. is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.

We do not offer returns unless your item has been damaged during shipping.

Damaged Deliveries

On rare occasions, Canada Post or Third Party Shippers may  lose or damage a shipment. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the damaged package / products and email us at info@wepaperco.com. We will file the damage claim and ship your replacement order to you free of charge.

Missing Deliveries

If your merchandise does not arrive within 14 days of placing your order, feel free to email us at info@wepaperco.com, and we will track your order and find out what happened to it.

The billing address you are using may not match the billing address tied to your card. Please be sure to check that the billing address is correct and try again.

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?

Promo codes can be entered during the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box labeled “Promo Code,” which can be located by expanding the “Add Promo Code” box under your Order Summary on the right side of your shopping bag, then click “Apply.” Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers.
